Perich Constructions has secured a multi-million dollar contract to deliver an industrial development for Trophy Components Distributors in Kirrawee in the Southerland Shire.
Designed by Jack Taylor Architects, the purpose-built 3,500 sqm development will create a new focal point for the supply, manufacture and distribution of trophies to retailers across Australia. Perich is currently making arrangements for site mobilisation to kick off the project in June 2017.
With a project of this nature, absolute attention to scheduling and sequencing will ensure an efficient construction process and successful result. Perich is set to maximise the use of its extensive fleet of heavy plant machinery and equipment to carry out the civil engineering works involved in the project.
Perich’s appointment to this project reflects its proven expertise in delivering industrial and office mezzanine building projects. Previous industrial sector experience includes Hogan’s Wholesale Warehouse at Wetherill Park and Smithfield.
The team at Perich is very much looking forward to working with Jack Taylor and delivering this project beyond expectations.
