Perich Constructions has handed over the $12m Landmark Shopping Village in Hoxton Park, marking an important milestone in the creation of an excellent investment for our client.
Delivered on time and budget, the Landmark offers brand new retail and convenience facilities, and accommodates outlets for McDonalds, ALDI, Gloria Jeans, BP Service Station, Oportos, Guzman Y Gomez, Medical Centre, Chemist, Barber, Nail Salon and other specialty and takeaway stores.
Daren Perich, Managing Director commented: “Perich was honoured to have its design and construction expertise called upon to provide a turnkey solution for the Landmark Hoxton Park back in 2016. Now completed, we are extremely pleased to have delivered this level of quality, retail space in Hoxton Park. This development is a stand-out project for Perich, which has been made possible by the hard work of our Site Manager Anthony Di Loreto, and the entire project team.
The site itself, formerly a golf driving range, is approximately 2.46 hectares in size and includes 8000 sqm of retail space servicing north and southbound traffic on the M7 motorway at its junction with Cowpasture Road.
Completed in stages, for maximum efficiency, the Landmark demonstrates our extensive experience in the retail and commercial sectors, and has raised the benchmark for our team in this area of construction.
We would like to acknowledge and thank everyone involved in bringing the Landmark project to life. A special mention goes to the Perich team, including our design consultants, local suppliers and selected subcontractors, who worked tirelessly on this project, from design to final handover. We would also like to thank the client for entrusting us to deliver this major development.
